Busy Weekend

This weekend we traveled to NJ for my cousin Jackie's wedding. We stayed with my Aunt Barbara Saturday night and she was nice enough to watch Riley while we attended the wedding. Riley did a great job with Aunt Barbara and she was able to spend some time with Uncle Kevvy too!! They said she did a great job for them while we were out celebrating Jackie and Newt's wedding.

This was Riley's first trip out of state and since we were in NJ we decided it would be a good time to bring her to meet her great-grandmother (my grandma). She lives in an assisted living facility in Newton, NJ and we were only 30 minutes away from my aunts house. We headed there this morning once we got up and spent some time with her, Aunt Barbara, G-ma and G-pa. My grandmother has Alziemer's, but I think she understood who Riley was. Riley also did a great job with her great-grandma - she let her hold her on a few occasions and take some photos.

It was a long weekend traveling and being away from home, but Riley did a great job traveling in the car, with new faces and sleeping in a new environment. Here are some pictures from the weekend.
